We rely on your support
St Saviour's relies upon the generous support of its congregation and the local community to support its mission. We have to raise about £220,000 each year to sustain the our life and ministry.
Having celebrated our 150th anniversary, there is a need for better stewardship to achieve what we have been called to do. Our aim is to be fully self-funding, and is detailed on our Parish Mission Action Plan.
We need your support financially to further the work of St Saviour's.
As Christians, we believe that we are called to give both our time and money. Our aim is to have 100% of the congregation in our Planned Giving scheme, and to increase the number of parishioners prepared to make a gift in their Will.
We hold various fundraising events throughout the year and hire out our facilities to help support our work.
We encourage all members to get involved in different aspects of life at St Saviour's from welcoming, reading, singing in the parish choir, and serving.

Tax Efficient Giving
If you pay UK tax (Income or Capital Gains Tax) and would like us to be able to claim back the tax, you will need to fill in, sign and return to us an ongoing Gift Aid declaration. The benefit to us is that it can recover the basic rate of income tax, currently 25p for each pound given. (If you pay higher rate tax, you may recover this through your own tax return.)
