Dedication Festival Week

On Sunday 18 July we celebrate our Dedication Festival, which marks 157 years since St Saviour's was consecrated in 1864.

In the week leading up to Sunday 18th there will be some exciting concerts and events, all raising money for the future development of St Saviour's. There is a suggested donation of £5 for each event, and booking is not required.

At all events social distancing arrangements will be in place and masks must be worn. You are very welcome!

After a fantastic first full year, the children's outreach programme at St Saviour's - Sing After School - sing Andrew Lloyd Webber's Joseph and the amazing technicolour dreamcoat under the guidance of outreach officer Lorna Price.

ARCHITECTURAL TOUR

Friday 16 July 2021 - 6:00 pm

On the exact 157th anniversary of our consecration in 1864, Fr Victor Stock gives a guided tour of the history of St Saviour's, followed by drinks. There is a suggested donation of £5 for this event.

DEDICATION FESTIVAL

Sunday 18 July 2021 - 10:30 am

At our Sunday Sung Mass with Confirmation we are joined by the Bishop of London to celebrate the Dedication Festival. Our church choir and children's choir celebrate with music by Byrd and Parry. The service is followed by a bring-your-own picnic in St George's Square.
